Morley Foster

Morley E. Foster joined the family flooring business known as Foster for Floors in 1949 after serving in the Army. His early sales focus was on residential and commercial installations but in 1958 he formed Bauer-Foster Corporation, which specialized in athletic surfaces for educational facilities.

In 1976, he formed Foster Flooring Corporation with his sons Michael and Douglas. Morley was actively involved in the sports flooring industry his entire life, serving as President of the Wood Flooring Institute and served as a Director with the Wood and Synthetic Flooring Institute. He was honest and always a gentleman.
