About MFMA Conference

The MFMA Conference is held every two years in late February or early March in various locations throughout the United States. The goals of the conference include creating high-quality educational and training content to expand skills and knowledge, reviewing industry innovations, broadening networking opportunities, celebrating and supporting the sports flooring industry by sharing best practices, and promoting the specification and use of MFMA maple.

The 2024 MFMA Conference at the Wigawam Resort in Arizona was an action packed two days of education, networking, product innovation exhibition, golf and a lot of fun. Check out the 2024 photo gallery HERE.

The conference typically includes educational sessions, a multi-day trade exhibition, networking and social events, a golf tournament, and some fun activities to experience the local flavor.

Those attending the conference include mill members, flooring contractors, finish and stain manufacturers, distributors, and other individuals in the sports flooring industry. MFMA’s biennial conference is a gathering of friends and colleagues, a place to share ideas and best practices, learn about new techniques and equipment, meet new people, and re-energize the industry.

The conference also incorporates discussion panels on timely topics. MFMA invites members to suggest ideas for special sessions, focused on specific topics.
