Dave Fields is Action Floors East Coast Regional Sales Representative. He covers Maine to Georgia and Ohio. He has been in the gymnasium flooring industry for 33 years. Dave started working with Action in August 1989 covering New England, NY and NJ and expanded his area into the south in 1991.
Dave’s history in the industry includes installation of gym floors, racquetball courts and tennis courts. He worked predominately on the East coast for Martin Surfacing, with a two-year stint in Plano, Texas for Surfacing Technology, bidding and installing racquetball courts, and Versaturf Synthetic Floors. He worked from Texas all the way up to Montana.
He moved to Maine in January 1987, working for Space Design Systems and two years later began a career as a representative for Action Floors. Since that time he has helped Action develop their product line into one of the most competitive on the street today. This success is a result of a lot of co-operation from our dealer network, the high standards set by our manufacturing team, our efficiency in handling orders, and our very effective shipping department being able to deliver the products on time. The consistency of this co-operation has been a key to Actions success.
Dave feels that this has been one of the most rewarding and enjoyable positions he has ever held. There are not many people that say they love their job, but he loves his and thanks the folks at Action for allowing him to be their representative on the East Coast. Dave intends to be able to enjoy the relationship with Action and its dealers for many years to come.
