2026 Conference Recap and Gallery
The 2026 MFMA Conference in Orlando marked a milestone for the association, welcoming the largest number of attendees and exhibitors in its history. Over two and a half days, members and industry partners came together for timely, relevant education, meaningful conversations, and valuable connections that continue to strengthen the maple sports flooring community.
The conference program delivered a robust lineup of industry insights, technical expertise, product demonstrations and forward-looking discussions, reflecting both the depth and evolution of the sports flooring sector.
A highlight of the event was the Hall of Fame Banquet, where four distinguished individuals—Dave Fields, Ron Davidson, Dave Ponder, and Floyd Shelton—were inducted into the MFMA Hall of Fame. The MFMA honors those members, past and present, who have made a lasting impact on the maple flooring industry. Inductees into the MFMA Hall of Fame have accomplishments ranging from founding mills to educating architects and specifiers to developing innovative milling and installation techniques. The evening served as a celebration of leadership, craftsmanship, and lasting contributions to the industry.
From the energy in the sessions to the engagement on the exhibit floor, the 2026 Conference underscored the strength and momentum of the MFMA community—and set the stage for continued growth in the years ahead.
