On a double plywood floor system can OSB board be used for the bottom layer?

The MFMA’s Guide Specifications state, “Subfloor shall be 15/32” x 4’ x 8’, minimum 4 ply, American Plywood Association (APA) or flooring manufacturers approved rated equivalent, Rated Sheathing, Exposure 1, or per your MFMA Maple Flooring Manufacturer's design.  APA Oriented Strand Board (OSB) does qualify as an approved subfloor component.
