Pre-Registration has now closed. If you wish to register, please see us onsite at the Hyatt Regency in the Plaza International Foyer to register for the conference.

Registration hours are:

Friday, March 11:        7:00 - 10:00 am
Saturday, March 12:     7:00 - 10:00 am

*Transportation costs, hotel and miscellaneous expenses are not covered by the above fee.
**Only available to those outside the maple flooring industry. Includes all MFMA-hosted meal functions.
The meeting registration fee includes all education sessions, exhibit hall admittance, refreshment breaks, opening reception, evening reception, sunset reception, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts, and the MFMA Conference Banquet. Participation is limited to registered attendees, and the official MFMA Conference name badge is required for admittance to all sessions and events. Attendees may register in advance or on-site at the meeting.

Please note there is an additional fee of $199 required – please indicate on the registration form. 

Spouse/Guest Registration

MFMA invites you to bring the whole family. The Hyatt Regency Orlando is conveniently located near world-famous theme parks, preforming and visual arts and many exciting Orlando attractions. The hotel is 5 minutes form Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, and just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and from downtown Orlando’s performing arts. When you’re ready for a little retail therapy, hop on the I-ride Trolley to shop at the Mall at Millennia or browse the Orlando Premium Outlets. 
Don’t forget about the many activities you can enjoy right at the hotel. With a luxury spa, state-of-the-art StayFit Gym, and three pools, you can refresh and get energized. Relax on three acres of lush landscape with outdoor swimming pools, and stay active with tennis court, pool activities, bike rentals and fitness classes.


All registrations must be accompanied by a check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit card number for the full amount of the registration. Checks are to be in U.S. funds and made payable to the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association. Registrations cannot be processed without full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by February 25, 2016 will be subject to a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 25, 2016. Substitutions are allowed at anytime but must be requested I writing, via email, fax or letter to MFMA Headquarters.
